A fun and festive treat for Christmas, using store-bought cookie dough to create strawberry gonks. These bites have cookie dough baked in a mini muffin tin, filled with melted milk chocolate and topped with a buttercream beard and a strawberry.
1: Preheat your oven and grease a mini muffin tin.
2: Add 25g dough balls into each muffin tin.
3: Make an indent in the center of each with the back of a measuring spoon.
4: Bake for 20 minutes, until the edges are golden.
5: Remove from the oven and press the indent again while still hot.
6: Let them cool and fill the centers with a little melted milk chocolate.
7: Use piping tip 32 to add a buttercream beard.
8: Use a large chocolate ball for the nose or M&Ms.
9: Sit a strawberry on top just before serving.
