1: Attach Oreo halves to the top of the cupcake using buttercream.
2: Use a large round piping tip to add two shades of blue buttercream on top.
3: Press the buttercream onto parchment paper and freeze it for 20 minutes.
4: Use a palette knife to add some yellow buttercream for the ears.
5: Create the eyes and nose using fondant.
6: Add eyebrows using tip 12 and the yellow face using Ateco tip 809.
