1: Add a swirl of buttercream to each cupcake.
2: Add a large chupa chup to the large cupcake and a mini chupa chup to the mini cupcake.
3: Add a small triangle of fondant to the smaller lolly to shape the dog’s nose.
4: Cut out a large circle and a small circle. Place them over the top of the lollypops and carefully arrange the bottom like ghosts.
5: Use white fondant for the ghost hands and the dog's ears.
6: Add a black liquorice strap for the lead.
7: Use black fondant to add eyes and a smile.
