1: Add black buttercream into the silicone cake pop mold.
2: Follow with mini cupcakes into the mold.
3: Freeze for 15 minutes.
4: Push them out of the mold.
5: Pipe some black buttercream onto the roof of the cupcakes.
6: Add a sparkler on top and enjoy.
