Gorgeous mini cupcakes shaped like baubles using a silicone ice cube tray, decorated with colorful chocolate patterns, vanilla buttercream, and topped with mini Reece’s and edible glitter.
1: Bake mini cupcakes and leave them to cool.
2: Use colored chocolate/candy melts to add a pattern into the mold.
3: Let the pattern set, then coat the whole mold with a thin layer of chocolate/candy melts.
4: When the chocolate pattern has set, top with vanilla buttercream and sit a mini cupcake on top.
5: Freeze or fridge until the buttercream has firmed up.
6: Push them out of the molds to reveal the pattern.
7: Attach mini Reece’s to the top with a little buttercream.
8: Brush with gold lustre dust and spray with edible glitter if desired.
